How it works

1. Choose your plot and create an account. Submit your application; there is no application payment.
2. Complete your lease and billing details and upload only requested supporting documents.
3. We approve the applicant and confirm the exact area, permitted use, services and lease terms. Your visual layout remains your choice.
4. Read the individual lease PDF in your account. Record acceptance only when you agree. We confirm final execution and any required formalities.
5. Pay the refundable deposit using the issued payment request. Verified EFT details and hosted online checkout appear when connected. Proof uploads remain pending until checked.
6. After final lease execution, deposit reconciliation and handover arrangements, your tenancy is activated. Monthly invoices and receipts stay in your account.

Prices, deposit & term

Commercial land is advertised at R3/m² per month excluding 15% VAT — R3.45/m² including VAT. Approximate monthly totals: 4,047 m² plots R13,962.15; 1,642 m² plot R5,664.90. Final surveyed / agreed area and services are recorded in your offer.

The refundable security deposit equals one month of VAT-inclusive agreed rent. It is requested after applicant approval and acceptance of the written offer, separately from rent. Deposit custody, deductions and refund terms appear in your lease.

Request 1–10 years with 7% annual rent escalation. A further fixed-term renewal is by written agreement; any mandatory continuation rights remain intact. The final term respects applicable consumer and land law. Any required execution or registration arrangements form part of the lease preparation.

Buildings, fit-out, utilities and site works are not included unless explicitly stated in your offer. The planner’s images are illustrations, not a surveyed building envelope or permission to build.

Viewings, changes & questions

Arrange a viewing before committing if you need to confirm access, ground conditions and services. Map directions lead to the main-road frontage; the team confirms the entrance and meeting point.

An application does not reserve a plot. An issued offer is held for its stated acceptance period. Contact us through your account or the details below to ask for corrections, raise a complaint, request cancellation or discuss renewal. Applicable statutory rights remain intact; the reviewed lease sets out the relevant notice and refund process.
